Withdrawal and Return

We are always striving to deliver optimal service and quality. If you are not satisfied with any of our goods or the item ordered is not needed any more, we will take back the goods. Of course this is not possible for hygiene articles or items whose shelf life is only short due to prolonged storage.

Condition for a withdrawal is an unopened inner protective packaging. In general, the outer packaging is welded and the product itself is welded again. We can not take back the article if the inner protective packaging has been removed.
