General Terms and Conditions Including Important Customer Information
Scope
For the relation between 'medesign Ingenieur Consulting GmbH', also called as 'medesign GmbH',
and the purchaser also called as the customer, the following terms and conditions apply.
Consignment
We deliver currently worldwide. The estimated delivery time has been mentioned along with
the product description. Additional delivery charges are applicable.
Special delivery dates could be considered.
medesign GmbH has the right to ship in parts due to shortages or unavailability of products
at hand.
Payment
All payments to be done in advance.
Credit cards from Cuba, Iran, Iraq, Liberia, Libya, Myanmar (Burma), North Korea, Sierra Leone,
Sudan and Syria are not accepted.
Non-Accomplishment of the Order
In case of any discrepancies in the values mentioned in the website, medesign GmbH has the
right to accept or reject the order.
Liability Exclusion
medesign GmbH shall not be liable for any loss, damage, delay, mis-delivery, non-delivery
not caused by its own negligence after leaving the medesign warehouse.
Jurisdiction
In case of disagreements or litigations exclusively the German law counts. The mutually
agreed place of jurisdiction for all claims is Munich.
Contract Conclusion
By clicking the 'order' button you comply with the above mentioned terms and conditions
with medesign GmbH for the accepted goods in the cart.
medesign GmbH commits to accomplish the order, if the items are sufficiently available.
