About processing your order
After completing the checkout process you will receive an order confirmation from us by e-mail. It compiles all the information about your order, and - depending on the desired payment - our bank account or paypal link.
The delivery fee is 2.38 € in Germany and selected countries.
Orders over 119 € will be delivered with no shipping fee!
(Only Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg)
For delivery on selected islands in the North and Baltic Sea, or for delivery to other countries not listed in the table below please contact us.
Payment
We accept payment with Visa, PayPal or bank invoice (from german bank accounts). For existing customers with customer number we accept payment on account. Should you lack your customer number you can request one via email.

Delivery
Delivery time in general is 1-2 days after receipt of payment, usually delivered by our logistics partner GLS. Orders that arrive until 12 noon will be shipped the same day!(Assuming availability).
Delivery to DHL ParcelStation can take 1-2 days longer.
