Beeswax heat therapy is ideal for treating muscular or joint pain, rheumatism as well as headaches or migraines.

Deep warmth promotes health and is a relaxing pleasure for body and soul. medesign's Beeswax Compress has a pasty consistency when heated and can, thus, comfortingly nestle against the body evenly warming the muscle and tissue deep down. The pleasant smell of wax has a calming effect and indulges the senses.

Beeswax heat therapy is ideal for treating muscular or joint pain, rheumatism as well as headaches or migraines. The intense warmth on the surface and deep down into the tissue has a regulating effect on the body's temperature. This deep warming jolts the body into self-awareness which improves the development of body warmth.

Besides numerous other precious ingredients beeswax contains cell activating vitamin A which moisturises dry skin.

We recommend using medesign's Jojoba Oil after a beeswax treatment for silky-soft, pleasant feeling skin.

Further Information

Application: Heat a heat conductor to 55 °C. Place the Waxo Beeswax Compress directly on the desired area of the skin. Always place a towel (one or two layers) between the beeswax foil and the heat conductor as a buffer. The heat conductor (e. g. medesign's Quartz Mineral Bag) is placed on the buffer towel. This three-layered construction enables slow warming and a gentle increase of temperature.

During the first 10 minutes the temperature will rise to approx. 37 - 44 °C and then retains this temperature for about another 10 minutes. The Waxo Beeswax Compress is placed directly on the skin. The heat conductor is not allowed to come into contact with the skin.
