Our medesign grapeseed flour is made by fine grinding the de-oiled grape seeds. It has extremely high levels of fiber and naturally contains procyanidin (OPC) and thus contributes to cell protection.The grape seed flour has a wonderful, nutty flavor and can be used in many ways: as an ingredient in baking or breading, bread, pizza, desserts or cakes.
