Rooibos tea is a healthy, caffeine-free tea - highly commended.
The tea is produced by fermentation of the needle-like leaves of the Aspalathus linearis - a bush of about 1.5 m height.Infuse a level teaspoon of Rooibos Tea with boiling water and leave to draw for about 3 - 5 minutes. Steeping time only influences the intensity of colour and taste but not the strength of the tea.
Unlike black tea medesign's Rooibos Tea does not loose its colour and full taste if cooled down. Sweeten with sugar or prepare the tea with lemon, honey or milk as desired.
