A warm massage for young and old! medesign's Rape Seed Bag perfectly stores warmth while the rounded shape of the seeds provides a massaging effect suitable e. g. for children's tummy aches, during pregnancy or for mobilising fingers and feet.medesign's Rape Seed Bag is a traditional household remedy which has the same effect as a hot-water bottle. It is therefore often called a 'dry hot-water bottle'. The rape seeds inside the cushion are heated and can store and give off warmth a lot longer than the conventional hot-water bottle. The rape seeds adapt to the shape of the body and impart warmth optimally.
In addition the Rape Seed Cushion has another very pleasant benefit: It can be used perfectly as a massage cushion, e.g. for pregnant women, for a hand or foot massage or for massaging the back and the shoulders.
medesign's Rape Seed Bag can also be used as a cooling pad. It can be utilised for gynaecological or neurological purposes or for improving sensorimotor functions.
Further Information
Heating:The Rape Seed Bag is warmed in an oven at 100 °C maximum. In a microwave (without grilling or hot-air function => danger of fire!) start off at the lowest level and if necessary increase the temperature until the cushion is nice and warm (please follow microwave instructions). The cushion can also be placed on a radiator if less warmth is needed.
Cooling:
To use the Rape Seed Bag as a cooling pad simply cool it down to the desired temperature in the freezer or refrigerator.
