medesign's Nursing Pads, made from bourrette silk and wool combine the wonderful properties of two natural fibres and make for a premium product of great benefit to breastfeeding mothers. Silk has healing properties and reduces the pressure on tender nipples. It does not absorb moisture but allows it to pass through to the woollen layer, leaving nipples and clothing dry. The silk mesh 'breathes', removing remaining moisture from the nipples, thus preventing soreness.
