Stork's Nest Tea

Further Information

Preparation: Infuse 2 teaspoons of the mixture with about 200ml of boiling water. Leave to draw for about 10 minutes, then strain. Drink 3 cups a day for at least 4 weeks.

Ingredients: Lady's mantle, deadnettle with blossoms, ground ivy, cranesbill, goldenrod, stinging nettle leaves, pansy.
