The difference in leg length can be established by using Wooden Boards.
Chronic back pain can have a simple cause: Pelvic obliquity resulting from leg length inequality. A tilted pelvis causes hip pain on the side of the longer leg and ailments of the knee joint in the shorter leg. Sometimes this even leads to chronic headache or pain in the area of the neck, shoulders and arms.
