The Millet Husk Pillow can be used as a natural heating or cooling pad for different applications.

As a heating pad it acts as a 'dry' hot-water bottle. Millet seeds evenly radiate stored warmth for a long period of time and do good. Their special structure and adaptability allows them to nestle against the body and take some of the strain off, support, help the muscles relax and activate blood circulation.

The Millet Husk Pillow promotes relaxation and has an alleviating effect on different ailments such as back pain, sleeping disorders, headaches, vein problems, varicose veins, rheumatism or arthritis. Natural heating pads are also easier to transport than hot-water-bottles and can be used for warming prams, car seats or beds, for example. They nestle against the body and store warmth for a long period of time, which can be wonderful when relaxing on the couch after a walk in the rain.

The naturally filled cushion may also be used as a cooling pad e.g. for swelling or headaches. Simply place the cushion in the refrigerator or freezer and use for cooling.
