The Bean Bag can be used for many motoric games and different tasks such as an obstacle course or balancing games, juggling, weighing down the body, acoustic training, as well as target shooting into a specific object like a bucket or through an object like a hoop.Another extremely effective variation is grabbing the bag with one's toes and tossing it into the air or even at a target.
