medesign's anal dilator is a device to gently stretch the anal canal and improve elasticity of the sphincter muscle. The accompanying lubricant allows for gentle and easy insertion. Additional training of the sphincter muscle can be achieved by strongly squeezing the anal dilator which strengthens the sphincter muscle as well as the muscles of the pelvic floor.

Apply about 2 cm of lubricant to the tip of the anal dilator and insert it into the anus while relaxing in a lateral position with knees bent or in a comfortable supine position. Only insert the dilator as far as possible without feeling pain and keep it in position for about 3 minutes. If used twice a day improvement and relief will be apparent, as well as a continual increase in the depth of insertion.It is sufficient to clean the dilator with soap and water. Afterwards rinse clean and dry clear.
The size relates to the diameter at the top and length of the dilator.
